Washing our hands in Year 1

Donna the school nurse, came in today. She to talked to the children about how important it is to wash our hands. She pretended to sneeze and squirted us with water to show how germs are spread. We need to remember to use a tissue or cover our face with our hand.

Fairytale Day

What a fabulous day we have all had! The visit from the giant was wonderful. 

Thank you to all the mums, dads and grandparents who came in to see our parade and help make our special magic wands.

Surprise visitor!

During the afternoon we had a surprise visit from a giant! He was very friendly and we asked him lots of questions. We had a parade for our families and then they did some fun activities with us. It was such  an enjoyable day!

We all had a great time dressing up as fairy tale characters and doing lots of fun activities.

1AH visit Park View Lytham

The children had a wonderful time at the park. They worked with Julie the education officer, creating pictures of fairy tales using leaves, twigs and grass. They had a lovely play on all the fantastic equipment and enjoyed the fresh air. 1LM next on Thursday!
